My name is Fania and this is my group, Aaliyah,Journey,Summer,Shazana, and Keisha and today we are playing Rob the nest, Ironman and Relays. First off we are going to do relays to get you warmed up. So I’ll hand it over to Keisha to put you into groups.

Were going to be doing 3 or 2 warm ups of relays

So who here has played Relays before?

So first you're going to run to the cone then run back and hand the baton to the next person. The person cannot run until you have handed the baton over. If you run before they give you the baton there will be a rule where you cannot run until 5 seconds is up.

Rob The Nest - Journey And Keisha

Have any of yous played rob the nest before?

I'm going to explain the rules.

So first you run into the middle take one of the sacks then run back to your hula hoop and put the bean bag in the hula hoop. you are not allowed to throw your bean bag into the hula hoop you are to place it down. If you throw it one of us will ask you to put it back. What you’re not allowed to do is steal the sacks from other people nest. But you can only steal the sacks from other nest when the middle is empty. Is everyone allgood with that?

Explaining The Rules For Ironman - Summer

OK so who here has played ironman?

For those people who haven't played ironman i’m going to explain the rules.

So you will be sitting down and then when we call your number out you have to stand up and run around the circle of the people. You have to run around the people and then run to the spot you were sitting in and run in the place you were sitting and grab the ball and hold it up.

One morning I woke up from a sleep my parents were gone on holiday. I went to go brush my teeth  like every one will.Then i got into my warm onesie. I went outside to feel free. The dark grey sky and lightning struck it started to rain. I went back inside and look out the window but there was something strange outside.

Am i alone after all?

I ran outside texting my friend. I went to go see what it was !! Oh no not today I ran back inside thinking what is he here for. He started to dig in my garden with his rusty, old, dirty bare hands.He didn't spot me but he seen the curtain move it was a rocket me tryna get stuff for protection he didn't move he stayed there still digging  it was scary when i was finding somewhere to hide. As i move  he will come closer to my house i went back outside he chased me with a knife i ran into the spooky old woods seen a few people but they didn't see the man i tried to run at the back of them they just said go away please then i cried.

I still had the phone on me but i couldn't call anyone because the man was to fast he chased me into snowy stairs so i pushed the bridge down but nothing was there i thought i had heard stuff from outside.

Coaches are insect’s that can crawl into my ear’s and cockroaches are scary insect’s cause they have long legs and they can jump on you to another person and they could crawl in your mouth when you're sleeping and then you could like not know but just swallow it and that will be 100% yuck.Sometime’s and any day you could have an cockroach flying in your house .

Cockroach’s have two fat huge eyes and they are so humongous there like nearly bigger than their head that's how big they are and cockroaches have babies and they are named baby cockroaches are called nymphs. However, this is what a variety of other baby insects are also called including bed bugs and baby spiders.cockroaches have hairy legs because they are full of fur.
